How to Travel Based On Your Tennis Preferences
Do you decide on the location of your trip first? Or do you prefer to select dates that suit your schedule and determine which destination meets your budget? At the TRO office, we let the tennis programming lead the way, as we prefer to have our schedule locked in before we venture out of town with our racquets.
If you havenāt thought about the type of tennis resort you want to visit, this is the guide youāre looking for. From our perspective, tennis resorts offer their tennis programming in four ways (one of which is that they donāt have tennis.. so we donāt intend to cover those!):
š¾ Daily Drop-In Clinics: These clinics do not often require guests to sign up beforehand. This is the perfect option if you have your vacation planned and want to take your racquet but donāt want to plan your entire trip around tennis.
š¾ Daily Tennis Camps: Guests seeking to mix in a heavier dose of tennis within their travels may choose the option of a daily tennis camp as it allows them to play longer, learn more, and spend more inside the lines we love while still enjoying a beautiful resort setting.
š¾ Multi-Day Tennis Camps: If youāre looking for a well-planned tennis vacation spread over multiple days, you need to check out any of the multi-day tennis camps offered at some of the resorts featured on TRO.
